    　　为驻所地非物质文化遗产保护工作提供服务是地方高校图书馆的一项重要职能，怀化学院图书馆应当充分发挥自身优势，积极参与当地的非物质文化遗产保护工作，从而为促进整个武陵山片区民族传统文化的传承、发展和繁荣，作出应有的贡献。
    　　위주소지비물질문화유산보호공작제공복무시지방고교도서관적일항중요직능，부화학원도서관응당충분발휘자신우세，적겁삼여당지적비물질문화유산보호공작，종이위촉진정개무릉산편구민족전통문화적전승、발전화번영，작출응유적공헌。
    It is an important function for local university library to play its role in the protection of local intangible cultural heritage . Therefore , Huaihua university library should give full play to its own advantages to participate in the protection of local intangible cultural heritage actively and make contributions to promoting the inheritance , development and prosperity of traditional ethnic culture in the whole Wuling Mountain area .
