钻孔是印制电路板生产中的关键工序,针对与被加工件联系紧密的吸屑罩和压力脚组合不同结构形式,综合分析了目前市场上主流的吸屑罩和压力脚组合结构以及利用设计、仿真和测试相结合的方法,给出压力脚合理设计的方法及比较合适的参数设置,达到实现压力脚的高效吸尘和高品质钻孔。

D rilling is a key process in the production of printed circuit board (PC B ). Pressure foot plays an im portant role in the drilling process,and the w orkpiece m achining quality is close related w ith the com bining form of pressure foot and sucking dust cover. T he m ainstream com binatorial structures in the m arket are analysed w ith the help of test com bined w ith num erical sim ulation m ethod. T he paper presents a system atic solution of pressure foot design in engineering,appropriate param eter is obtained on the basis of a series of tests to achieve high perform ance of dust collection and high quality drilling.
