目的探讨无创正压通气对COPD患者呼吸肌功能的应用。方法选取我院在2010年~2012年收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者应用常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上应用NIPPV治疗,比较两组患者的治疗情况。结果观察组在治疗5d后,PaO2明显升高,PaCO2和呼吸频率明显降低,肺功能的情况明显改善,辅助呼吸肌动用和呼吸困难的情况明显减少,且与对照组比较具有明显差异P<0.05。结论应用无创正压通气治疗COPD患者可明显改善呼吸肌疲劳,改善肺通气和换气功能,疗效显著。

목적탐토무창정압통기대COPD환자호흡기공능적응용。방법선취아원재2010년~2012년수치적만성조새성폐질병환자60례,장소유환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,대조조환자응용상규치료,관찰조환자재상규치료적기출상응용NIPPV치료,비교량조환자적치료정황。결과관찰조재치료5d후,PaO2명현승고,PaCO2화호흡빈솔명현강저,폐공능적정황명현개선,보조호흡기동용화호흡곤난적정황명현감소,차여대조조비교구유명현차이P<0.05。결론응용무창정압통기치료COPD환자가명현개선호흡기피로,개선폐통기화환기공능,료효현저。
Objective To discuss the application of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on respiratory muscle function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 60 COPD patients admitted from 2010 to 2012 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were treated by routing therapy, while the patients in observation group were treated by noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) therapy. Then the treatment condition of those patients in two groups was compared. Results After treatment for 3 days in observation group, PaO2 was obviously high, PaCO2 and respiratory rate were distinctly low, the condition of pulmonary function improved evidently, the use of assisted breathing apparatus and the situation of dyspnea decreased, which had significant differences compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion With the treatment of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, the COPD patients can improve respiratory muscle fatigue obviously, better the ventilatory function. Its curative effect is outstanding
