采用高强度玻璃纤维对竹环氧集成材进行改性试验。结果表明:当采用热压压力为1.4MPa、玻璃纤维均布密度为7.5mm/根、热压时间为1.0min/mm(厚)、热压温度为145℃的生产工艺,环氧集成材压缩强度最佳;当采用热压压力为1.4MPa、玻璃纤维均布密度为5.0mm/根、热压时间为1.2min/mm(厚)、热压温度140℃的生产工艺,环氧集成材层间剪切性能最佳。
採用高彊度玻璃纖維對竹環氧集成材進行改性試驗。結果錶明:噹採用熱壓壓力為1.4MPa、玻璃纖維均佈密度為7.5mm/根、熱壓時間為1.0min/mm(厚)、熱壓溫度為145℃的生產工藝,環氧集成材壓縮彊度最佳;噹採用熱壓壓力為1.4MPa、玻璃纖維均佈密度為5.0mm/根、熱壓時間為1.2min/mm(厚)、熱壓溫度140℃的生產工藝,環氧集成材層間剪切性能最佳。
채용고강도파리섬유대죽배양집성재진행개성시험。결과표명:당채용열압압력위1.4MPa、파리섬유균포밀도위7.5mm/근、열압시간위1.0min/mm(후)、열압온도위145℃적생산공예,배양집성재압축강도최가;당채용열압압력위1.4MPa、파리섬유균포밀도위5.0mm/근、열압시간위1.2min/mm(후)、열압온도140℃적생산공예,배양집성재층간전절성능최가。
The high strength fiber glass was used for modified performance test of epoxy glued laminate bamboo timber.The results showed that the compressive strength property of epoxy glued laminate bamboo timber was best when the pressure of hot pressing was 1.4 MPa,the average fiberglass distances 7.5mm,the best time of hot pressing 1.0min/mm(thickness)and the temperature of hot pressing 145℃;while the interplay shear properties of epoxy glued laminate bamboo timber was best when the pressure of hot pressing was 1.4 MPa,the average fiberglass distances 5mm,the best time of hot pressing is 1.2 min/mm(thickness) and the temperature of hot pressing 140℃.
