　　目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物干预措施的效果与可行性。方法设干预组与非干预组进行对照研究，将医院干预前后反映抗菌药物使用情况的各项指标进行对比分析。结果实施干预后，抗菌药物使用基本合理，抗菌药物费用明显下降。结论本研究所实施的干预措施可行、有效，对促进安全、有效、经济使用抗菌药物有积极作用。
　　목적탐토복강경담낭절제술위술기예방성응용항균약물간예조시적효과여가행성。방법설간예조여비간예조진행대조연구，장의원간예전후반영항균약물사용정황적각항지표진행대비분석。결과실시간예후，항균약물사용기본합리，항균약물비용명현하강。결론본연구소실시적간예조시가행、유효，대촉진안전、유효、경제사용항균약물유적겁작용。
Objective To study the laparoscopic cholecystectomy perioperative prophylactic use of antimicrobial drug intervention measures effect and feasibility. Methods Set intervention group and the intervention group compared before and after the intervention, the hospital relfect the use of antibacterial agents in the indicators of the analysis. Results After the implementation of the intervention, antimicrobial drug use basic reasonable, antibacterial drug cost decreased obviously. Conclusion This research institute of the implementation of the intervention is feasible and effective, to promote the safe, effective and economic use of antimicrobial agents have positive role.
