　　目的调研我医院门诊退药情况加以分析退药原因，提出相应改进措施，保证患者用药安全、合理、有效，以达到更好的为患者服务。方法收集我医院2010年1月至12月门诊药房退药处方共556张，对患者退药情况进行汇总分析。结果退药种类以抗感染药、中成药、心脑血管用药等为主；退药科室以内科、急诊室、儿科等为主；退药原因以药品不良反应、病情变化调整用药、患者拒绝用药等为主。结论医院要重视退药问题的存在，加强药学服务，增强医患沟通，建立完善退药制度，以减少医院门诊退药发生。
　　목적조연아의원문진퇴약정황가이분석퇴약원인，제출상응개진조시，보증환자용약안전、합리、유효，이체도경호적위환자복무。방법수집아의원2010년1월지12월문진약방퇴약처방공556장，대환자퇴약정황진행회총분석。결과퇴약충류이항감염약、중성약、심뇌혈관용약등위주；퇴약과실이내과、급진실、인과등위주；퇴약원인이약품불량반응、병정변화조정용약、환자거절용약등위주。결론의원요중시퇴약문제적존재，가강약학복무，증강의환구통，건립완선퇴약제도，이감소의원문진퇴약발생。
Objective To analyze the reasons of outpatient drug repercussion in our hospital so as to propose a corresponding improvement measures, ensure medication safety, reasonable and effective, in order to provide better service to patients. Methods A total of 556 outpatient prescriptions involved in drug repercussion data from Jan to Dec in 2010 in our hospital were analyzed. Results The main categories of drug repercussion were anti-infectives, Chinese traditional patent medicines, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs;the main departments of drug repercussion were internal medicine, emergency room, pediatric; the drug repercussion were mainly resulted from adverse drug reactions(ADR), adjustment of medication and rejected medication. Conclusion Hospital should pay attention to the existence of the problem of drug repercussion. Pharmaceutical care and the doctor-patient communication should be strengthening. Establish system of drug repercussion, in order to reduce hospital outpatient drug repercussion.
