　　目的探析保乳手术和改良根治手术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法综合分析62例我院诊治的早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组给予保乳手术进行治疗，对照组给予改良根治手术进行治疗，比较两组的手术时间、手术出血量、生存率及美容效果满意率等。结果实验组的平均引流量、术中出血量及并发症发生率均低于对照组，实验组的手术时间和住院时间均比对照组少，实验组美容效果的满意率高于对照组，各项组间差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组的生存率与复发率比较，差异不显著（P＞0.05）。结论保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌是一种安全、有效的手术方法。

Objective Analysis the breast surgery and modified radical surgery for early breast cancer clinical effect. Methods 62 cases of our comprehensive analysis of diagnosis and treatment of early breast cancer patient's clinical material, randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group was given the breast surgery in the treatment group, give improved radical surgery treatment, compared with two groups of operation time, operation amount of bleeding, survival and hairdressing effect satisfaction rate, etc. Results The average lead lfow, during the operation, the amount of bleeding and complication rates are lower than those of the control group, the experimental operation time and hospital stay were less than the control group, the experimental group beauty effect of satisfaction rate higher than that of the control group, the difference between groups were signiifcant (P<0.05). Two groups of survival and the recurrence rate comparison, no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The breast surgery for early breast cancer treatment is a safe and effective surgical method.
