　　目的探讨脑缺血散治疗脑梗死的临床效果，为临床治疗脑梗死寻找新的散剂提供参考。方法选择220例脑梗死患者，随机分成对照组和脑缺血散组，对比分析临床治疗效果。结果脑缺血散组治疗脑梗死的临床效果明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论脑缺血散治疗脑梗死是有效安全的，可作为脑梗死治疗的辅助用药。
　　목적탐토뇌결혈산치료뇌경사적림상효과，위림상치료뇌경사심조신적산제제공삼고。방법선택220례뇌경사환자，수궤분성대조조화뇌결혈산조，대비분석림상치료효과。결과뇌결혈산조치료뇌경사적림상효과명현우우대조조（P<0.01）。결론뇌결혈산치료뇌경사시유효안전적，가작위뇌경사치료적보조용약。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the cerebral ischemia powder in the treatment of cerebral infarction, for clinical treatment of cerebral infarction in search of a new powder to provide reference. Method 220 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group, cerebral ischemia powder group, to comparative analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect. Results The clinical effect of cerebral ischemia powder therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction is better than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The cerebral ischemia powder in treatment of cerebral infarction is effective and safe, can be used as the auxiliary medicine for the treatment of cerebral infarction.
