　　目的分析儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床特征，并总结诊治体会。方法综合分析近年来医院收治的112例儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床表现，X线征，微生物学培养及治疗效果。结果住院治疗患儿以年幼儿（≤5岁）多见，以咳嗽、咳痰、发热多见，年幼儿易出现气促和呼吸困难；胸片以片状影和/或间质渗出为主；呼吸道分泌物的细菌培养+药敏可以指导用药；但早期的经验性用药也很重要。结论儿童社区获得型肺炎是儿科的常见病，治疗效果好，但要引起重视，年幼儿亦可因救治不及时出现重症肺炎而危及生命。
　　목적분석인동사구획득성폐염적림상특정，병총결진치체회。방법종합분석근년래의원수치적112례인동사구획득성폐염적림상표현，X선정，미생물학배양급치료효과。결과주원치료환인이년유인（≤5세）다견，이해수、해담、발열다견，년유인역출현기촉화호흡곤난；흉편이편상영화/혹간질삼출위주；호흡도분비물적세균배양+약민가이지도용약；단조기적경험성용약야흔중요。결론인동사구획득형폐염시인과적상견병，치료효과호，단요인기중시，년유인역가인구치불급시출현중증폐염이위급생명。
Objective To investigate the community acquired pneumonia (CAP) in sick children with the clinical feature, and guide CAP diagnosis and treatment. Methods To analysis the 112 cases of sick children by CAP, and discuss the clinical manifestation, X ray-chest,microbiology examination and treatment. Results Sick children with CAP were most in young children (≤5years). The pneumonia's clinical manifestations of the mainly symptoms were cough, sputum, fever, but the young children was prone to gasp for breath and breath dififcult. X ray mainly showed patchy shadow and/or interstitial exudation. Sputum culture could make clear pathogens and guide treatment. The experience therapy was essential before the germ culture results come out. Conclusion The community acquired pneumonia was a common disease in department of pediatrics, most aged young children (≤5 years). It was relatively easy to diagnose and treat. But in young children with severe, the prognosis could occur a pour, these sick children needed to pay an attention
