Water soluble polyester resin for insulation electrophoretic coating was prepared by using waste polyester bottle as raw materials and a series of chemical reactions. The influence factors such as catalyst, dosage and kinds of polyol and anhydride on water soluble polyester insulation electrophoretic coating were studied.
