以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、环氧丙烯酸酯功能单体、磷酸酯功能单体为原料,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备含磷含环氧基团的丙烯酸乳液。考察了乳化剂、引发剂、环氧丙烯酸酯、磷酸酯单体不同用量对其漆膜性能的影响,并对乳液的粒径、固含量及漆膜的耐盐水性、附着力等性能进行测试,研究表明:乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、环氧丙烯酸酯用量、磷酸酯单体用量分别为单体总量的3.0豫、0.6豫、4.0豫、4.0豫时,可制得性能较好的水性含磷环氧丙烯酸乳液。并将制得的含磷环氧丙烯酸酯乳液配制成防腐涂料,考察它在机械性能、耐水、耐盐水、耐盐雾等方面的性能。
以甲基丙烯痠甲酯、丙烯痠丁酯、甲基丙烯痠、丙烯痠羥乙酯、環氧丙烯痠酯功能單體、燐痠酯功能單體為原料,採用半連續種子乳液聚閤法製備含燐含環氧基糰的丙烯痠乳液。攷察瞭乳化劑、引髮劑、環氧丙烯痠酯、燐痠酯單體不同用量對其漆膜性能的影響,併對乳液的粒徑、固含量及漆膜的耐鹽水性、附著力等性能進行測試,研究錶明:乳化劑用量、引髮劑用量、環氧丙烯痠酯用量、燐痠酯單體用量分彆為單體總量的3.0豫、0.6豫、4.0豫、4.0豫時,可製得性能較好的水性含燐環氧丙烯痠乳液。併將製得的含燐環氧丙烯痠酯乳液配製成防腐塗料,攷察它在機械性能、耐水、耐鹽水、耐鹽霧等方麵的性能。

A phosphorus-containing epoxy acrylate emulsion was synthesized by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization and by using butyl acrylate (BA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), methyl methacrylate (MAA) and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), epoxy acrylate monomer, phosphate functional monomer as raw materials. The influence factors such as emulsifier, initiator, epoxy acrylate, phosphate monomers with different amount on paint film properties were investigated, and the particle size, solid content, salt water resistance, adhesion were test. The result showed that waterborne epoxy acrylic emulsion with good performance could be prepared when the optimum amount of emulsifier, initiator dosage, epoxy acrylate content, phosphate monomer were 3.0%, 0.6%, 4.0% and 4.0% respectively. Anti-corrosion coating was prepared by using phosphorus-containing epoxy acrylate emulsion, and its mechanical properties, water resistance;salt water resistance, salt fog resistance and other properties were inspected.
