采用腰果酚与甲醛为主要原料,制备腰果酚醛树脂(CN),然后用环氧氯丙烷对其进行环氧化改性,使其带有可以固化的环氧基团,制得腰果酚醛环氧树脂(ECN);并以红外、核磁共振谱图对ECN进行结构分析与表征。将所制得ECN与环氧树脂E51按比例混合固化,测试所得固化涂层的性能,并与环氧树脂E51固化物进行比较。

In this paper, a kind of renewable, abundant and low-cost bio-based material-cardanol was used to prepare a modified epoxidized novolac resin (ECN) by reacting epichlorohydrin and novolac (CN), and CN was prepared by reacting cardanol and formaldehyde. The resin (ECN) structure was characterized by FTIR and NMR. The performances of the curing film, which was hardened by IPDA and the mixtures of E51 and ECN, were tested. The result showed that addition of ECN could improve adhesion, flexibility and impact resistance of films remarkably without reducing the hardness.
