通过对金属表面防护用水性涂料的关键技术进行研究，采用引入含小分子环氧基团单体，制备的金属表面防护用水性丙烯酸分散体作为成膜物。通过对金属表面防护用颜料、助剂和助溶剂的选择性研究，确定了最佳工艺条件：水性丙烯酸分散体为54%、润湿剂为0.2%、消泡剂为0.3%、流平剂为0.5%。本产品VOC约10%，水性环保、防腐耐候、施工方便，无论是性能特征还是现场操作性，均可满足客户要求，对金属表面防护用涂料行业的水性化发展具有深远意义。
