用巯基乙酸作为稳定剂,采用水相合成的方法合成水溶性CdTe量子点、CdTe/CdS核/壳型量子点和CdTe/CdS/ZnS核/壳/壳型量子点。研究了稳定剂的投入量、反应时间和反应环境pH值等合成条件对这三种量子点发光性能的影响。实验结果表明:通过调节稳定剂的投入量、反应时间和pH值等实验条件,可以实现对量子点光学性质的调节,并使其达到最优值。同时,用X衍射分析仪表征了三种量子点的结构,表明三种量子点具有相同的立方(cubic)晶型结构。
用巰基乙痠作為穩定劑,採用水相閤成的方法閤成水溶性CdTe量子點、CdTe/CdS覈/殼型量子點和CdTe/CdS/ZnS覈/殼/殼型量子點。研究瞭穩定劑的投入量、反應時間和反應環境pH值等閤成條件對這三種量子點髮光性能的影響。實驗結果錶明:通過調節穩定劑的投入量、反應時間和pH值等實驗條件,可以實現對量子點光學性質的調節,併使其達到最優值。同時,用X衍射分析儀錶徵瞭三種量子點的結構,錶明三種量子點具有相同的立方(cubic)晶型結構。
용구기을산작위은정제,채용수상합성적방법합성수용성CdTe양자점、CdTe/CdS핵/각형양자점화CdTe/CdS/ZnS핵/각/각형양자점。연구료은정제적투입량、반응시간화반응배경pH치등합성조건대저삼충양자점발광성능적영향。실험결과표명:통과조절은정제적투입량、반응시간화pH치등실험조건,가이실현대양자점광학성질적조절,병사기체도최우치。동시,용X연사분석의표정료삼충양자점적결구,표명삼충양자점구유상동적립방(cubic)정형결구。
The water soluble CdTe quantum dots,CdTe/CdS core/shell quantum dots,CdTe/CdS/ZnS core/shell/shell quantum dots were synthesized in aqueous solution by using thioglycolic acid as stabilizer. The influence of input quantity of stabilizer,reaction time and the pH value of the reaction environment on the fluorescence properties of the three quantum dots was studied. The experiment result indicates that the adjustment of the fluorescence properties of quantum dots can be realized and the optimal value can be reached by adjusting the experimental conditions of input quantity of stabilizers, reaction time and pH values,etc. Meanwhile,the structure of the three quantum dots was represented by using X-ray dif-fractomer,showing that the three quantum dots had the same cubic crystal structure.
