为解决矿井一翼集中生产给现有辅助运输系统造成的困难,基于矿井辅助运输现采用无轨和有轨运输并行的两种方式,以及现有平巷运输、斜巷运输、无轨运输和架空乘人运输四种类型的具体实际。通过对现有辅助运输系统关键路线、人员物料运输与时间之间矛盾、无序存放运输和设备设施故障等现存影响制约因素的排查分析,针对性采用了科学控制运输系统关键制约点、合理匹配人员与物料运输时间、实施车场定置管理和abc配送法及提高设备设施运行可靠性等创新措施。结果表明,这些技术措施有效解决了矿井一翼集中生产中辅助运输的制约问题,满足了矿井安全高效生产的需要。

To solve mine concentration of one wing of the difficulties caused by the production of to existing auxiliary transport systems based on the auxiliary transportation is trackless and rail transport in parallel in two ways, as well as existing drift transport, Inclined transport, track-less transport and Overhead peopletransport four types of concrete realities. Disorderly storage transport and equipment failure existing facili-ties by the contradiction between the existing auxiliary transport system critical path, personnel material handling time, the investigation and analysis of the constraints, targeted key constraint point of the scientific control of transport systems, a reasonable match material handling time, the implementation of the yard set management and abc distribution and improve the reliability of equipment and facilities run innovative measures. The results show that these technical measures for an effective solution to concentrate on the production of one wing of mine auxil-iary transportation constraints, to meet the need for efficient production of mine safety.
