目的建立测定家兔血浆中丹参素含量的方法.方法高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为:YMC-PACK ODS-A(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(1∶8v/v),检测波长281nm.血浆样品用液-液萃取法预处理.结果丹参素平均回收率为98.34%,RSD小于4%.结论此方法灵敏度高,操作简便,准确,适应于血浆样品的快速、大量分析.

Objective To establish a method for the determination of contents of Tanshinol in plasma.Methods The contents were determined by HPLC,with YMC-PACK ODS-A(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),MeOH-0.5% glacial acetic acid(1∶8 v/v) as mobile phase and UV detector at 281 nm.Results The average recovery of Tanshinol was 98.34%.RSD was no more than 4%.Conclusion This method was rapid and simple,the result was stable and reproducible,and the separable effect was good.Thus the method could be used for determination of Tanshinol in plasma.
