景德镇陶瓷知识产权保护的理论研究和实践探索走过了一个曲折漫长的过程,重新梳理有三大突出主题：城市品牌打造中通过保护＂景德镇＂证明商标和原产地域产品保护原产地标志、在艺术瓷方面着力用著作权保护名人名作、陶瓷企业要致力打造知名商标和驰名商标从而走品牌发展的道路。网络时代新技术因素的介入改变了权利表现的形式,域名等新的权利客体有待于进一步研究,电子商务对景德镇陶瓷的发展提供了新平台新机遇,非物质文化遗产的确认又让景德镇人看到了传统知识法律保护的迫切性和新希望。
景德鎮陶瓷知識產權保護的理論研究和實踐探索走過瞭一箇麯摺漫長的過程,重新梳理有三大突齣主題：城市品牌打造中通過保護＂景德鎮＂證明商標和原產地域產品保護原產地標誌、在藝術瓷方麵著力用著作權保護名人名作、陶瓷企業要緻力打造知名商標和馳名商標從而走品牌髮展的道路。網絡時代新技術因素的介入改變瞭權利錶現的形式,域名等新的權利客體有待于進一步研究,電子商務對景德鎮陶瓷的髮展提供瞭新平檯新機遇,非物質文化遺產的確認又讓景德鎮人看到瞭傳統知識法律保護的迫切性和新希望。

The theoretic research and practical probe in the protection of Jingdezhen ceramic intellectual property rights have demonstrated a tortuous and lengthy process.By running through it again,we can get three major themes： protecting the original mark by protecting ＂Jingdezhen＂ certification mark and products of original place while creating urban brand;making full use of copyright to protect famous artists＇ ceramic products;ceramic enterprises should develop well-known trademarks and take the brand development road.In the network era,the intervention of new technological factors has changed the manifestations of right.The new objects of right,such as the domain name,are to be further studied.The electronic commerce provides Jingdezhen ceramics a new platform and opportunity.The reporting of intangible cultural heritage makes the citizens realize the urgency and prospect to protect the traditional knowledge by law.
