通过涡流检测小直径传感器的设计和制作,对缺陷和涡流信号响应特征之间的关系进行了分析和研究,对比分析了裂纹等缺陷的阻抗图特征.验证了根据阻抗图幅度和相位分析判定缺陷技术优点.实践表明,此小直径传感器检测速度快、灵敏度高、测试结果准确.

The relationship between the flaws and response characteristics of eddy current signals was analyzed and studied by means of the design of minor diameter transducer for eddy current inspection and the features of the impedance diagram for the flaws such as cracks were analyzed by comparison which verified determining defects and technical advantages on the basis of impedance diagram magnitude and phase analysis. The results show that the minor diameter transducer has the characteristic of detection fast , high sensitivity, accurate results.
