探讨提取蚕蛹甲壳素活性成分的最佳工艺条件.利用氢氧化钠溶液和盐酸溶液依次对蚕蛹粉进行加热处理后,用紫外吸收法和干法灰化法分别测定提取物中残余蛋白质及无机盐含量.实验结果表明:利用碱浸酸煮法提取甲壳素,氢氧化钠的浓度为9%、温度为85℃、时间为3 h,盐酸的浓度为3%、温度为60℃、时间3 h为最佳提取条件.甲壳素提取率27.1%.
探討提取蠶蛹甲殼素活性成分的最佳工藝條件.利用氫氧化鈉溶液和鹽痠溶液依次對蠶蛹粉進行加熱處理後,用紫外吸收法和榦法灰化法分彆測定提取物中殘餘蛋白質及無機鹽含量.實驗結果錶明:利用堿浸痠煮法提取甲殼素,氫氧化鈉的濃度為9%、溫度為85℃、時間為3 h,鹽痠的濃度為3%、溫度為60℃、時間3 h為最佳提取條件.甲殼素提取率27.1%.
탐토제취잠용갑각소활성성분적최가공예조건.이용경양화납용액화염산용액의차대잠용분진행가열처리후,용자외흡수법화간법회화법분별측정제취물중잔여단백질급무궤염함량.실험결과표명:이용감침산자법제취갑각소,경양화납적농도위9%、온도위85℃、시간위3 h,염산적농도위3%、온도위60℃、시간3 h위최가제취조건.갑각소제취솔27.1%.
The optimum conditions for extracting active ingredient of pupa chitin were investigated. Pupa powder was processed by heated treatment in sodium hydroxide solution and hydrochloric acid solution successively. Then, residual protein and inorganic salt content in the extract were measured by UV absorption and dry ashing method. The experimental results show that by using:alkali-solution and acid-isolation method to extract chitin the optimal extraction conditions are as follows:the concentration of NaOH is 9%, and the temperature is 85 ℃, for 3 h ; the concentration of HCl is 3 %, and the temperature is 60 ℃, for 3 h. The extraction rate of chitin is 27.1%.
