　　目的探讨采用手术方法治疗甲状腺癌的适应证以及防治手术中发生并发症方法。方法在我院挑选150例患有甲状腺癌的患者，将患者进行分组，护理组75例，采取综合护理治疗；常规组75例，采取简单护理，保证患者的基本生命支持，并发症有破裂出血，气管损伤或呼吸困难，低血钙，喉返神经损伤，对发生并发症的患者进行正确的治疗。结果通过对甲状腺癌手术治疗适应证的严格把握，手术治疗以上患者进行，观察两组患者的并发症发生情况，发现对患者进行必要的护理治疗可明显减低术后并发症的发生，通过统计学的分析得知差异具有意义，即P＜0.05，两组患者通过正规的并发症处理均得到很好的效果。结论明确了解甲状腺癌的治疗过程，熟知甲状腺癌的手术适应证，正确的护理治疗可以明显降低患者并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the operation method in the treatment of thyroid cancer to occur in operation and prevention of complications.
