　　目的分析护理下方案下ICU重症患者胃肠内营养的综合效果。方法通过对以往医疗病例、护理记录的回顾和分析，形成针对危重患者胃肠内营养新护理方案，对我科收治的65例重症患者实施胃肠内营养并进行全方位护理，干预。结果患者采取心理、新方案指导下，大大降低了并发症发生率缩短了患者康复时间，取得了满意效果。结论为今后ICU危重患者胃肠内营养患者提供优质护理打下坚实基础。
　　목적분석호리하방안하ICU중증환자위장내영양적종합효과。방법통과대이왕의료병례、호리기록적회고화분석，형성침대위중환자위장내영양신호리방안，대아과수치적65례중증환자실시위장내영양병진행전방위호리，간예。결과환자채취심리、신방안지도하，대대강저료병발증발생솔축단료환자강복시간，취득료만의효과。결론위금후ICU위중환자위장내영양환자제공우질호리타하견실기출。
Objective To analyse the effect of gastrointestinal nutrition to patients in Intensive Care Unit.Methods Through reviewing former clinical cases and nursing documents we developed a new nursing-care scheme,using it as a direction to practice a integrated nursing-care for sixty-five patients who underwent gastrointestinal nutrition.Results Psychological nursing,nutrient solution infusion and complication dealing were carried out.The effects were satisfactory.Gastrointestinal nutrition is effective and safe.It can promote the patients’ recovery earlier.Conclusion For future ICU patients enteral nutrition in critically ill patients to provide quality care to lay a solid foundation.
