　　目的分析胸膜疾病临床诊断及治疗情况。方法选取80例胸膜病变患者，均行X线胸片与胸部CT检查，并分别采用中心静脉置管（观察组）和注射器抽取液气体（对照组）治疗，分析临床检查结果和治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组治愈率分别为97.5%和82.5%，病死率分别为2.5%和5.0%。结论对疑似胸膜病变患者应及时行辅助检查并确诊，同时尽早采用有效方式治疗，以防止病情出现恶化。
　　목적분석흉막질병림상진단급치료정황。방법선취80례흉막병변환자，균행X선흉편여흉부CT검사，병분별채용중심정맥치관（관찰조）화주사기추취액기체（대조조）치료，분석림상검사결과화치료효과。결과관찰조화대조조치유솔분별위97.5%화82.5%，병사솔분별위2.5%화5.0%。결론대의사흉막병변환자응급시행보조검사병학진，동시진조채용유효방식치료，이방지병정출현악화。
Objective Analyse the Clinical diagnosis and treatment of pleural disease. Methods 80 pleural disease patients were selected and all checked by X-ray chest, CT chest,and cured by the central venous catheter with drug (the 0bservation group) and syringe extraction liquid gas with drug(control group), then analysed of test results and clinical therapeutic effect. Results The observation group and the control group were 97.5%and 82.5%respectively, the death rate were 2.5%and 5.0%respectively. Conclusion Patients with suspected pleural disease should be timely for clinical auxiliary inspections and diagnosise, and use the effective way meanwhile, to prevent the condition worsened.
