The article mainly introduces a joint design for vacuum manipulator,from the structure of the manipulator design to the x,y,z,θ direction of the axis is discussed in this paper.This manipulator using CCD for high precision of visual registration,compared with the traditional process of manual orientation,registration precision,rate and production efficiency has improved greatly.
