为制备一种环保型水性纸张防油剂,以丙烯酸单体为溶剂,首先进行异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二醇(PTMG1000)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、全氟烷基乙基醇(FEOH)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等的聚氨酯链段的聚合反应,经水乳化分散后,再进行丙烯酸单体的自由基聚合反应,制备了全氟水性聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯纸张防油剂。并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、热重分析(TG)对聚合物结构性能进行了表征。同时,纸张防水防油应用实验表明,对水和液体石蜡的接触角,可分别达到130.2和113.5°,达到了优异的防水防油效果,并对纸张应用性能进行检测,可以满足日常生活中特种纸的要求。
為製備一種環保型水性紙張防油劑,以丙烯痠單體為溶劑,首先進行異彿爾酮二異氰痠酯(IPDI)、聚醚二醇(PTMG1000)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、全氟烷基乙基醇(FEOH)和丙烯痠羥乙酯(HEA)等的聚氨酯鏈段的聚閤反應,經水乳化分散後,再進行丙烯痠單體的自由基聚閤反應,製備瞭全氟水性聚氨酯-聚丙烯痠酯紙張防油劑。併通過紅外光譜(FT-IR)、凝膠滲透色譜(GPC)、熱重分析(TG)對聚閤物結構性能進行瞭錶徵。同時,紙張防水防油應用實驗錶明,對水和液體石蠟的接觸角,可分彆達到130.2和113.5°,達到瞭優異的防水防油效果,併對紙張應用性能進行檢測,可以滿足日常生活中特種紙的要求。

In order to prepare a kind of environmental friendly waterborne paper water an d oil-resistant agent, the solvent-free perfluoroalkyl waterborne polyurethane-polyacrylate was synthesised.The reaction of polyure-thane by isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI),polytetrahydrofuran ether diol (PTMG1000),N-methyldiethano-lamine (MDEA),perfluorooctyl ethyl alcohol perfluoroalkylol (FEOH)and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) firstly carried out using the acrylic monomers as solvent,and then the radical polymerization of the said acrylic monomers was take place.The structure and performance of the polymer were characterized by Fourier trans-form infrared spectrometer (IR),gel permeation chromatography (GPC),thermogravimetric analysis (TG). At the same,the application of paper water and oil-resistant experiments and paper application performance shown that,the contact angle of water and liquid paraffin were up to 130.2 and 113.5°which indicated that it has excellent water and oil-resistant effect,and it can meet the requirement of specialty paper.
