目的探讨P53，BRCA1在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法免疫组化检测56例三阴性及72例非三阴性乳腺癌中P53，BRCA1蛋白的表达。结果三阴性乳腺癌和非三阴性乳腺癌中P53的表达率分别为60．7％（34/56），34．7％（25/72），BRCA1的表达率分别为38．9％（24/56），57．1％（44/72），差异均有显著性（P＜0．05）。 P53，BRCA1表达与组织分级和腋淋巴结转移相关。结论在三阴性乳腺癌中P53高表达、BRCA1低表达，BRCA1表达与P53过表达呈负相关（P＜0．05）。

목적탐토P53，BRCA1재삼음성유선암중적표체급기의의。방법면역조화검측56례삼음성급72례비삼음성유선암중P53，BRCA1단백적표체。결과삼음성유선암화비삼음성유선암중P53적표체솔분별위60．7％（34/56），34．7％（25/72），BRCA1적표체솔분별위38．9％（24/56），57．1％（44/72），차이균유현저성（P＜0．05）。 P53，BRCA1표체여조직분급화액림파결전이상관。결론재삼음성유선암중P53고표체、BRCA1저표체，BRCA1표체여P53과표체정부상관（P＜0．05）。
Objective To analyze P53 and BRCA1 expression in the triple-negative breast cancer and its significance .Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P 53 protein and BRCA1 protein in 56 cases of triple-negative and 72 cases.Results The expression rates of P53 were 60.7%(34/56) and 34.7%(25/72),respectively,in the triple-negative and non-triple-negative cases,and those of BRCA1 were 38.9%(24/56) and 57.1%(44/72).There was significant difference (P<0.05).P53,BRCA1 were correlated with the grade of histology and themetastasis of axillary's lymph nodes in breast cancers.Conclusion P53 protein is high ex-pressed in triple-negative breast cancer and BRCA1 protein is low expressed.Expression of BRCA1 protein is negative related to P53 protein's over-expression(P<0.05).
