利用便携式光合测定仪CIRAS-2,测定了自然条件下的女贞3个无性系光合参数日变化。结果表明:女贞3个无性系的净光合速率日变化呈“双峰”型,C5、C9“午休”出现在11:00,CK稍晚,出现在13:00。利用FMs-2脉冲调制式荧光仪测定叶绿素荧光参数,女贞3个无性系的Fv/Fm值的日变化表现为“V”型,先下降后上升。用叶绿素测定仪(SPAD-502)测定SPAD值,结果CK〈C5〈C9,说明CK叶绿素相对含量最低,C5次之,C9最高。
利用便攜式光閤測定儀CIRAS-2,測定瞭自然條件下的女貞3箇無性繫光閤參數日變化。結果錶明:女貞3箇無性繫的淨光閤速率日變化呈“雙峰”型,C5、C9“午休”齣現在11:00,CK稍晚,齣現在13:00。利用FMs-2脈遲調製式熒光儀測定葉綠素熒光參數,女貞3箇無性繫的Fv/Fm值的日變化錶現為“V”型,先下降後上升。用葉綠素測定儀(SPAD-502)測定SPAD值,結果CK〈C5〈C9,說明CK葉綠素相對含量最低,C5次之,C9最高。
이용편휴식광합측정의CIRAS-2,측정료자연조건하적녀정3개무성계광합삼수일변화。결과표명:녀정3개무성계적정광합속솔일변화정“쌍봉”형,C5、C9“오휴”출현재11:00,CK초만,출현재13:00。이용FMs-2맥충조제식형광의측정협록소형광삼수,녀정3개무성계적Fv/Fm치적일변화표현위“V”형,선하강후상승。용협록소측정의(SPAD-502)측정SPAD치,결과CK〈C5〈C9,설명CK협록소상대함량최저,C5차지,C9최고。
An experiment was conducted to study the diurnal variations of photosynthetic parameters of Ligustrum lucidurn in different clones using portable photosynthesis system CIRAS--2 under natural condition. The results showed that the diur- nal variations of net photosynthetic rates (Pn) of Ligustrum lucidum in different clones showed double--peak trends. The mid- day depression of C5 and C9 occurred in 11:00 ,CK occurred in 13:00 ,it was a little later. The chlorophyll fluorescence param- eters of Ligustrum lucidum in different clones were studied with a pulse modulated chlorophyll fluorometer (FMS--2). The results showed that diurnal variations of maximal photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ (Fv/Fm) of Ligustrurn lucidum in different clones showing V--shaped, first decreased then increased. The chlorophyll meter (SPAD--502) was used to determination of value of SPAD, the result was CK〈C5〈C9, it showed that CK was the lowest,C5 took the second place, and C9 was the highest in chlorophyll relative content.
