Convallaria keiskei Miq.%water extract%antioxidant activity
以DPPH·清除能力作为考察指标,通过正交实验确定铃兰抗氧化物质的最佳提取方案,并测定铃兰提取物清除羟自由基(·OH)和过氧化氢(H2O2)的能力及还原力.结果表明:提取铃兰抗氧化物质的最优方案是用蒸馏水在75℃下提取30min,其对DPPH·的清除率达96.1%,且对DPPH·的清除能力随浓度的增加而增强;铃兰水提取物对·OH和H2O2表现出较强的清除能力及还原力,这说明铃兰水提物具有较好的抗氧化性.

Antioxidant activities of water extract of Convallaria keiskei Miq.are determined through the orthogonal experiment of DPPH · scavenging capacity.Moreover,the · OH and H2O2 scavenging capacity and reducting power of Convallaria keiskei Miq.extract are analyzed.The optimized extract technology for the antioxidant extract of Convallaria keiskei Miq.are as follows: the Convallaria keiskei Miq.with water extraction solvent for 30 min at 75 ℃.The DPPH · scavenging capacity is 96.1%,and the scavenging ability of DPPH · is enhanced with increasing concentration.Convallaria keiskei Miq.water extract show stronger· OH and H2O2 scavenging ability and reducting power.It is show that Convallaria keiskei Miq.water extract here stronger antioxidant ability.
