针对刮膜分子蒸馏器的工作过程,对流体的传质传热进行分析,建立的数学模型包括蒸馏温度、进料速度、刮膜器转速、进料温度等影响蒸馏过程的重要因素。通过模型研究了液膜温度及浓度的变化关系以及进料温度、浓度和刮膜分子蒸馏器等参数对蒸馏过程的影响。

For the operation process of the Wiped Film Molecular Distillation,we analyze the properties of the mass-transformation and heat-transformation and build the mathematical model which includes the important factors influencing the distillation process such as distillation temperature,feeding rate,wiper velocity and feeding temperature etc.With the model,the relationship between the temperature of the fluid film and concentration is obtained,and also the effects of the influential factors on the distillation process are studied.
