目的：探讨PPH治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度痔的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我科2012年28例PPH治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度痔的临床病例资料。结果：本组病例手术时间20-45min，平均30min,平均住院时间4d，术后肛门疼痛3例，小便困难5例，无出血等其他症状。随访6-18个月无复发及肛门、直肠狭窄。结论：结论PPH 治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度痔具有手术简单、术后痛苦少、恢复快、并发症少的特点，加强手术适应证的选择，重视手术操作技巧，可达到理想的疗效。

목적：탐토PPH치료Ⅲ、Ⅳ도치적림상효과。방법：회고성분석아과2012년28례PPH치료Ⅲ、Ⅳ도치적림상병례자료。결과：본조병례수술시간20-45min，평균30min,평균주원시간4d，술후항문동통3례，소편곤난5례，무출혈등기타증상。수방6-18개월무복발급항문、직장협착。결론：결론PPH 치료Ⅲ、Ⅳ도치구유수술간단、술후통고소、회복쾌、병발증소적특점，가강수술괄응증적선택，중시수술조작기교，가체도이상적료효。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of PPH treatment ofⅢ,Ⅳdegree hemorrhoids. Methods:a retrospective analysis in 2012 28 cases of PPH in treatment of fourth degree hemorrhoids, clinical data. Results:in this group, operation time 20-45min, average 30min, average hospitalizationtime 4D, 3 patients with anal pain after operation, 5 cases of dysuria, no bleeding and other symptoms. The fol ow-up of 6-18 months, no recurrenceand anal, rectal stenosis. Conclusion:PPH treatment ofⅢ,Ⅳdegree Hemorrhoid with simple operation, less postoperative pain, quicker recovery,less complication characteristics, strengthen the operation indications, pay at ention to the operation skil s, can achieve the desired effect.
