目的:通过观察黄连素对2型糖尿病大鼠血脂和主动脉硬化的影响,评价其对2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱的治疗作用。方法:70只成年雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组和实验组。实验组大鼠给予高糖高脂饮食喂养8周后,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素造2型糖尿病大鼠模型。1周后,将成模大鼠随机分成黄连素高、低剂量组、优降糖组、模型组。给药组灌胃给药4周,正常对照组、模型组同时灌服等容量生理盐水。4周后处死,心脏取血查TC、TG,取主动脉弓部进行病理解剖。结果:经黄连素治疗后,大鼠血脂明显降低,主动脉病变有所改善,与对照组相比差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:黄连素可改善2型糖尿病大鼠的脂代谢紊乱。

목적:통과관찰황련소대2형당뇨병대서혈지화주동맥경화적영향,평개기대2형당뇨병지대사문란적치료작용。방법:70지성년웅성SD대서,수궤분위정상대조조화실험조。실험조대서급여고당고지음식위양8주후,복강주사련뇨좌균소조2형당뇨병대서모형。1주후,장성모대서수궤분성황련소고、저제량조、우강당조、모형조。급약조관위급약4주,정상대조조、모형조동시관복등용량생리염수。4주후처사,심장취혈사TC、TG,취주동맥궁부진행병리해부。결과:경황련소치료후,대서혈지명현강저,주동맥병변유소개선,여대조조상비차이유현저성(p<0.05)。결론:황련소가개선2형당뇨병대서적지대사문란。
Objective:To observe the effect of berberine on blood lipid and atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic rats, and evaluate its effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetes and disorders of lipid metabolism. Methods:70 adult male SD rats, were randomly divided into normal control group and experimental group. The experimental rats were given high fat and high sugar diet for 8 weeks, the intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin model of type 2 diabetic rats. 1 weeks later, the model rats were randomly divided into berberine high, low dose group, glibenclamide group, model group. Treatment groups were oral y administered for 4 weeks, the normal control group, model group were administrated with saline. 4 weeks later, the heart check blood TC, TG, and aortic arch of pathological anatomy. Results:after berberine treatment, blood lipids of rats decreased significantly, aortic lesions improved, compared with the control group with significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusion:Berberine can improve the disorder of lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats.
