以硝酸铜、氢氧化钠、氨水为原料,利用预先制备出的纳米氧化铜为模板,在水热条件下制备出了分散均匀、晶相纯净的微纳米铜粉末,研究了反应时间对产物形貌的影响,分别用XRD、SEM及摩擦磨损实验机表征制备样品的物相、形貌及摩擦学性能,结果表明制备出的微纳米铜粉末具有良好的抗磨性能.
以硝痠銅、氫氧化鈉、氨水為原料,利用預先製備齣的納米氧化銅為模闆,在水熱條件下製備齣瞭分散均勻、晶相純淨的微納米銅粉末,研究瞭反應時間對產物形貌的影響,分彆用XRD、SEM及摩抆磨損實驗機錶徵製備樣品的物相、形貌及摩抆學性能,結果錶明製備齣的微納米銅粉末具有良好的抗磨性能.

Uniform cupper micro-nanopowders were synthesized by the hydrothermal method with cupric nitrate trihydrate,ascorbic acid,sodium hydrate and ammonia water as raw materials.The influence of the reaction time on the morphology was discussed.Structures,morphology and friction performance of the as-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),SEM and friction testing machine.The results showed that the cupper powders have good wear-resistance performance.
