采用乙醇提取法对南极磷虾中的油脂进行提取,提取产率达6.14%。将油脂进行皂化、甲酯化,以气相色谱法测定其中的脂肪酸组成,共鉴定出21种成分,主要含豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、油酸、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),其含量分别为9.25%、24.35%、18.25%、20.28%和11.17%;另外,还鉴定出油脂中含有0.68%的奇数碳链脂肪酸。

We extracted fatty oil from Euphausia superba by supercritical ethanol extraction, and the extraction rate was 6.14%. We determined fatty acids in fatty oil of Euphausia superba by GC after saponification and methyl esterification. We therefore identified 21 compounds altogether. The major components were myristic acid, hexadecanoic acid, oleic acid, eicosapentenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid ( DHA), whose relative contents were 9.25%, 24.35%, 18.25%, 20.28%, and 11. 17%. 0.68% odd fatty acids also existed in fatty oil of Euphausia superba.
