　　目的改良自体血注入法制备大鼠内囊出血模型，并通过多个指标的测定来评价该方法的价值。方法称取体重250～300g雌性Wistar大鼠，分为改良自体血注入前囟前0．5mm组、改良自体血注入前囟后1mm组、改良自体血注入前囟后2mm组、传统自体血注入前囟后2mm组与假手术组。手术后评价包括手术成功率、手术时间、大鼠神经功能缺损评分、大鼠体重、HE染色。结果改良自体血注入前囟后2mm组成功率明显高于其他组，手术时间明显缩短，神经功能评分无明显差异，HE染色出血周围细胞大量坏死、凋亡，炎症细胞大量浸润，脑组织疏松。结论改良自体血注入法制备大鼠内囊出血模型简单、可行，模型成功率较高，是较可靠、理想的内囊出血模型制备方法。
　　목적개량자체혈주입법제비대서내낭출혈모형，병통과다개지표적측정래평개해방법적개치。방법칭취체중250～300g자성Wistar대서，분위개량자체혈주입전신전0．5mm조、개량자체혈주입전신후1mm조、개량자체혈주입전신후2mm조、전통자체혈주입전신후2mm조여가수술조。수술후평개포괄수술성공솔、수술시간、대서신경공능결손평분、대서체중、HE염색。결과개량자체혈주입전신후2mm조성공솔명현고우기타조，수술시간명현축단，신경공능평분무명현차이，HE염색출혈주위세포대량배사、조망，염증세포대량침윤，뇌조직소송。결론개량자체혈주입법제비대서내낭출혈모형간단、가행，모형성공솔교고，시교가고、이상적내낭출혈모형제비방법。
Objective To improve autologous blood injection for the legal system of rat with internal capsule hemorrhage model , and to evaluate the value of thismethod through the multiple index measurement .Methods Female Wistar rats weighting between 250g~300g were chosen and divided into four groups:improved autologous blood into the anterior fontanelle before 0.5mm group,improved autolo-gous blood into the anterior fontanelle 1mm behind group,improved autologous blood into the anterior fontanelle 2mm behind group,traditional autologous blood into the anterior fontanelle 2mm behind group and sham-operated group.Surgery evaluation including the success rate of the operation,operation time,rats nerve function defect score ,body weight and HE staining.Results The success rate of improved autologous blood into the anterior fontanelle 2mm behind group was obviously higher than that of the other groups ,operation time was significantly shor-ter,nerve function score showed no obvious difference .HE staining showed hemorrhage surrounding cells apoptosis of necrosis ,a large number of inflammatory cells infiltration,and brain loose.Conclusion Improved autologous blood injection for the legal system of rats with internal capsule hemorrhage model is simple and feasible ,model success rate is higher ,more reliable for the ideal preparation of internal capsule hem-orrhage model.
