在全球能源日趋紧张,生态环境日益恶化的背景下,新能源汽车研发与应用日益成为世界各国共同关注的焦点,加快新能源汽车产业发展日益成为世界各国共同的战略选择。本文以路径依赖理论为研究视角,对我国新能源汽车产业的发展现状进行了考察。研究发现,在新能源汽车产业发展过程中面临着传统能源汽车产业凭借其初始地位和自我强化机制形成的路径依赖效应,这种路径依赖效应在一定程度上导致了对传统能源汽车的“锁定”,不利于新能源汽车的应用和推广。另一方面,这种由于路径依赖效应导致的锁定现象本质上是一种“有条件的均衡”,并非不能破解,而要破解非良性的路径依赖,需要对其形成的机理进行分析,进而采取针对性的措施。具体来说,应从以下几个方面着手:优化新能源汽车产业发展战略;加强技术创新,突破新能源汽车产业发展的技术瓶颈;加强制度创新,完善新能源汽车产业发展政策;加快新能源汽车相关基础设施建设;充分利用缝隙市场和技术兼容策略,争取尽快达到良性路径依赖的临界容量等。

In the situation of the world energy crisis and global environment worsen , development and application of new energy ve-hicles is increasingly becoming the focus of attention of all countries , accelerating the development of new energy vehicles industry is in-creasingly becoming common strategic choice around the world . In this paper , China's new energy vehicles industry development situation were investigated from the perspective of path dependence theory . The study has found that the effect of path dependence , which based on the initial advantages and self -reinforcing mechanism of traditional automobile industry , unavoidably exists in the process of new energy vehicles industry development , leads automobile industry to lock in traditional technical and institutional development path . Meanwhile , this lock-in phenomenon which is essentially a “conditional equilibrium” can be cracked by taking pertinence measures . Specifically , the measures mainly include the following aspects :optimization of new energy vehicles industry development strategy ;strengthening tech-nology innovation , breaking through technology bottlenecks ;strengthening institution innovation , improving the industrial policy ;acceler-ating related infrastructure construction ;making full use of niche markets and technologies compatible strategies , trying to achieve the criti-cal capacity of benign path dependence as soon as possible , etc .
