目的:探讨三种激光治疗儿童面部草莓状血管瘤(SH)的疗效。方法选取我院285例5~12岁面部SH患儿,随机分为半导体激光组(86例),Nd∶YAG激光组(98例)和CO2激光组(101例)。根据皮损面积大小,半导体激光组和Nd∶YAG激光组分别行非接触式扫描凝同术,CO2激光组行气化术。治疗后6个月复查评定疗效及容貌结果。结果总治愈例数为208例(73.0%),好转例数为50例(17.5%),无效例数为27(9.5%)。通过多组x2检验,三种激光治疗组治疗颌面部的草莓状血管瘤存在差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Nd∶YAG激光组与半导体激光组及CO2激光组与半导体激光组在治愈和好转的患者疗效上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),Nd∶YAG激光组相对于CO2激光组在疗效上明显具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三种激光治疗组治疗颌面部的草莓状血管瘤存在差别,其中Nd∶YAG激光组优势明显。

Objective To analyze the clinical results of strawberry hemangioma on children's cheeks treated by three kinds of laser. Methods Totally 295 cases were enrolled and randomized into three group respectively, Nd:YAG(98)/CO2(101)/ semiconductor(86), each laser treatment was under the same parameters. And measured the post operation results after six months. Results 208 cases had been successfully cured,50 cases had been improved in strawberry Hemangioma and only 27cases had failed . It was revealed that there were statistically significance difference among the three groups,the Nd:YAG group produced the best results. Conclusion There were statistically difference among the three groups, and obviously the Nd:YAG group produced the best results.
