老年痴呆症是多种原因引起的一组大脑器质性疾病，其病程隐蔽，进展缓慢，目前尚无特效药物。加强老年痴呆患者的护理，倡导系统化康复护理，对减少并发症，减轻社会家庭负担，提高老年痴呆症患者的生活质量具有重要意义。本文就老年痴呆症饮食、安全、心理的干预，日常生活自理能力训练等，并结合中医药治疗护理研究进展综述如下。

Alzheimer's disease is a kind of organic encephalosis syndrome caused by multiple reasons. The course of this disease is masked and advanced slowly. There is not specific Effective drugs at present. It is important that tightening up nursing care old patients of Alzheimer's disease, decreaseing complication of this disease, lightening the society and family burden and increasing the qualityof daily life.This review aim at the progress of Alzheimer'sdisease patients dietary, safety andpsychologicallintervention, training the ability of self mangment in daily life,and treatmentment of Alzheimer's disease using Chinese medicine.
