This paper introduces a new method to judge the operation reliability of compressor. We use vibration measurement equipment to collect the vibration time domain curve of screw compressor, and then obtained its frequency domain curve by FFT transform. Through the analysis of vibration characteristics of the operational parts of compressor, including rotors and bearings and motors, we formed an effective judgment of compressor's operation and reliability condition.
