目的探讨十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)对雄性染毒小鼠子代生精功能的影响。方法将昆明种雌、雄小鼠各120只随机分为4组,每组各30只。 A1组为雄性小鼠经灌胃方式染毒LAS 2个月后交配生育的雄性小鼠;B1组为雄性小鼠经灌胃方式染毒LAS 2个月,停止染毒1个月后交配生育的雄性小鼠。 A1,B1两组分别设对照组为A2,B2组。对小鼠体重、睾丸重量、精子密度、活力及畸形率、睾丸的组织学结构和超微结构进行分析。结果A1,B1两组小鼠的体重、睾丸重量与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。精子密度、活力及畸形率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。 A1,B1两组之间比较,小鼠的体重、睾丸重量、精子密度、活力及畸形率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论十二烷基苯磺酸钠对雄性小鼠子代的生精功能有明显影响;对停止染毒1个月后交配生育的子代雄性小鼠的生精功能同样存在毒性作用。

목적탐토십이완기분광산납(LAS)대웅성염독소서자대생정공능적영향。방법장곤명충자、웅소서각120지수궤분위4조,매조각30지。 A1조위웅성소서경관위방식염독LAS 2개월후교배생육적웅성소서;B1조위웅성소서경관위방식염독LAS 2개월,정지염독1개월후교배생육적웅성소서。 A1,B1량조분별설대조조위A2,B2조。대소서체중、고환중량、정자밀도、활력급기형솔、고환적조직학결구화초미결구진행분석。결과A1,B1량조소서적체중、고환중량여대조조상비차이무현저성(P>0.05)。정자밀도、활력급기형솔유현저성차이(P<0.05)。 A1,B1량조지간비교,소서적체중、고환중량、정자밀도、활력급기형솔차이무현저성(P>0.05)。결론십이완기분광산납대웅성소서자대적생정공능유명현영향;대정지염독1개월후교배생육적자대웅성소서적생정공능동양존재독성작용。
Objective To determine the effects of LAS on spermatogenic function of male offspring mice .Methods One hun-dred and twenty Kun-ming male mice and 120 female mice were randomly divided into four groups .Group A1 was the male offspring mice of the male mice gavaged by LAS for two months;Group B1 was the male offspring mice of the male mice gavaged by LAS for two months and stopped for one month.Group A2 and group B2 were the control groups respectively .The mice weight,weight of testicle,density,viability and morphology of the sperm,the histological structure and the ultra structure of testicle were studied .Results Compared with the control groups , there was no difference in the mice weight and the weight of testicle of group A 1 and group B1.However,there was significant difference in the density,viability and morphology of the sperm .There was no difference between group A1 and group B1 in mice weight,weight of testicle, density,viability and morphology of the sperm .Conclusion Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate have an significant toxicity effect on the se-men quality and the structure of testicle of male offspring mice and they can't recover after they leaving off being gavaged for one month .
