"三软"低透气性突出煤层瓦斯抽放工作是目前国内瓦斯治理的难题.通过对永华公司二矿"三软"低透气性高瓦斯煤层影响因素的分析,提出了详细的煤巷掘进瓦斯抽放、采煤工作面瓦斯抽放及煤体注水的瓦斯综合治理方案,并进行了工业性试验.结果表明,采用此瓦斯综合治理方案后,掘进工作面及回风流的瓦斯体积分数保持在0.1%以下,工作面瓦斯抽放率达40%以上,工作面瓦斯体积分数控制在0.5%以下,工作面煤壁强度得到了强化,瓦斯涌出得到了控制,不仅提高了工作面的单产水平,而且煤巷掘进速度也达到了每月90 m以上,实现了工作面及煤巷的安全、快速推进.
"三軟"低透氣性突齣煤層瓦斯抽放工作是目前國內瓦斯治理的難題.通過對永華公司二礦"三軟"低透氣性高瓦斯煤層影響因素的分析,提齣瞭詳細的煤巷掘進瓦斯抽放、採煤工作麵瓦斯抽放及煤體註水的瓦斯綜閤治理方案,併進行瞭工業性試驗.結果錶明,採用此瓦斯綜閤治理方案後,掘進工作麵及迴風流的瓦斯體積分數保持在0.1%以下,工作麵瓦斯抽放率達40%以上,工作麵瓦斯體積分數控製在0.5%以下,工作麵煤壁彊度得到瞭彊化,瓦斯湧齣得到瞭控製,不僅提高瞭工作麵的單產水平,而且煤巷掘進速度也達到瞭每月90 m以上,實現瞭工作麵及煤巷的安全、快速推進.
"삼연"저투기성돌출매층와사추방공작시목전국내와사치리적난제.통과대영화공사이광"삼연"저투기성고와사매층영향인소적분석,제출료상세적매항굴진와사추방、채매공작면와사추방급매체주수적와사종합치리방안,병진행료공업성시험.결과표명,채용차와사종합치리방안후,굴진공작면급회풍류적와사체적분수보지재0.1%이하,공작면와사추방솔체40%이상,공작면와사체적분수공제재0.5%이하,공작면매벽강도득도료강화,와사용출득도료공제,불부제고료공작면적단산수평,이차매항굴진속도야체도료매월90 m이상,실현료공작면급매항적안전、쾌속추진.
Gas drainage of "three soft" low permeability outburst seam is a gas control problem in China now.Through the analysis of effective factors on "three soft" low permeability high-gas seam in Yonghua mine No.2,the paper provides detail and gas comprehensive control schemes of gas drainage of gateway and working face and pumping water into coal,and makes field test.The result shows that after using gas comprehensive control scheme,gas concentration in excavated face and return air is kept in 0.1 percent,gas drainage rate in working face reaches to 40 percent,working face gas concentration is controlled in 0.5 percent,working face wall strength is strengthened,and gas emission is controlled.Working face yield is enhanced,gateway driving speed is above 90 meters per month.So the mine realizes safety and rapid promoting of working face and gateway.
