随着科学技术的迅猛发展,互联网时代已经来临。目前,大学生上网普及率已近100%,互联网正在影响几代人的成长,这就使人类面临网络时代新的道德规范要求和选择。探索加强大学生网络道德规范建设的途径和方法,对加强和改进高等学校大学生思想政治教育工作具有重要意义。加强大学生网络道德规范建设已经成为高等学校思想政治教育工作不可回避的重要内容。从网络道德建设的视角看,部分大学生中出现网络道德失范现象的重要原因有：网络本身的特点、大学生所处的特殊阶段以及家庭、学校和社会对大学生网络道德教育的缺乏等。因此,高等学校应该发挥思想政治教育的大学生主体作用,加强大学生网络道德的自我认识和自我教育;强化大学生的网络道德意识和责任感,加强对大学生网络道德规范建设;从中小学阶段开始家庭网络道德教育,强化家庭对大学生的监督和指导作用;加快各种网络道德法律法规建设,完善社会对大学生网络道德建设的服务和管理。
