在室内自然降温条件下,研究了马来西亚红罗非鱼(Oreochromis mossambicus×O. niloticus)致死低温,检测了在温室越冬温度(17.8℃)和低温胁迫下开始死亡时红罗非鱼血清的生化指标。结果表明,当水温降到8.6℃时,马来西亚红罗非鱼开始死亡,死亡低温范围为8.6~6.4℃,半致死低温为7.6℃;8.6℃时,红罗非鱼血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)5种酶的活性显著高于17.8℃时(P<0.05),肌酐(CREA)含量、K+浓度显著上升(P<0.05),总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO),及Ca2+含量小幅增加,而Na+和Cl-含量均显著下降(P<0.05),胆固醇(CHOL)和甘油三酯(TG)含量略有降低。
在室內自然降溫條件下,研究瞭馬來西亞紅囉非魚(Oreochromis mossambicus×O. niloticus)緻死低溫,檢測瞭在溫室越鼕溫度(17.8℃)和低溫脅迫下開始死亡時紅囉非魚血清的生化指標。結果錶明,噹水溫降到8.6℃時,馬來西亞紅囉非魚開始死亡,死亡低溫範圍為8.6~6.4℃,半緻死低溫為7.6℃;8.6℃時,紅囉非魚血清中穀丙轉氨酶(ALT)、穀草轉氨酶(AST)、乳痠脫氫酶(LDH)、堿性燐痠酶(ALP)和肌痠激酶同工酶(CK-MB)5種酶的活性顯著高于17.8℃時(P<0.05),肌酐(CREA)含量、K+濃度顯著上升(P<0.05),總蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、毬蛋白(GLO),及Ca2+含量小幅增加,而Na+和Cl-含量均顯著下降(P<0.05),膽固醇(CHOL)和甘油三酯(TG)含量略有降低。

The lethal temperature was studied in Malaysian red tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicusíO. niloticus) under indoor natural cooling, and serum biochemical indexes were tested at water temperature of 17.8℃ and beginning of death in the red tilapia. The re-sults showed that red tilapia death appeared when the temperature dropped to 8.6℃, with range from 8.6℃ to 6.4℃, and the LC50 low temperature of 7.6℃. There were significantly higher activities of ALT, AST, LDH, ALP and CK-MB at 8.6℃compared with at 17.8℃(P<0.05). The CREA level and the content of K+were found to be significantly increased (P<0.05) at 8.6℃, while TP, ALB, GLO and the content of Ca2+increased slightly. However, the contents of Na+and Cl-were significantly decreased (P<0.05), with slightly lower CHOL and TG levels.
