以现代工程教育体系的构建为目标，以新形势下石油与天然气工业对人才知识、技能、工程实践能力、创新能力培养的需求为宗旨，开展了石油与天然气工程类专业实践教学的改革与实践。通过系统的改革与实践，更新了适应工程教育的实践教学理念，构建了实验、实习、实训一体化的实践教育教学体系，充分发挥“产学研”优势，将实践教学与油田开发建设相结合，培养行业紧缺工程技术人才，彰显育人特色，突出实践教学的示范辐射效应和社会服务功能。

Taking the construction of the modern engineering education system as the goal ,and the needs of knowledge talents ,skills ,engineering practice ability and innovation ability’s training as the aim of the oil and gas industry in the new situation , the professional practical teaching reform and practice in oil and gas engineering are carried out . Through the systematic reform and practice , the practical teaching idea in engineering education is updated ,and the integration practical teaching system of experimentation ,practice and training is constructed .And the advantages of the industry-university-research combination are full brought into play .The practical teaching with oil field development to cultivate industry shortage engineering talents can be combined .The characteristics can be revealed ,and the demonstration effect and social service function of practical teaching can be highlit .
