博大精深的中华文化在全球化的大趋势下必然要走向世界，而大学英语教学中涉及中国文化的内容很少，渗透河北省本土特色文化几乎为空白，这不仅不利于跨文化的交流和互补，也不利于中国优秀传统文化对外传播，对外交往有一定的制约性。本文仅就河北省高校外语教育中本土文化渗透与传播的研究，提出了应把握的一些问题。
박대정심적중화문화재전구화적대추세하필연요주향세계，이대학영어교학중섭급중국문화적내용흔소，삼투하북성본토특색문화궤호위공백，저불부불리우과문화적교류화호보，야불리우중국우수전통문화대외전파，대외교왕유일정적제약성。본문부취하북성고교외어교육중본토문화삼투여전파적연구，제출료응파악적일사문제。
The broad and profound Chinese culture is bound to the world in the trend of globalization, and the content involved in the Chinese culture in university English teaching, cultural infiltration of local characteristics of Hebei province is almost empty, which is not conducive to the exchange and complementary of cross culture, also does not favor the international communication of Chinese excellent traditional culture, some restriction of the foreign exchange. This paper put forward some problems should grasp in the local culture infiltration and communication of college foreign language education in Hebei Province.
