从河南省29个猪场118份病料中分离出87株细菌,经分离培养、鉴别培养、生化试验鉴定为猪大肠杆菌。对87株大肠杆菌进行血清型鉴定,共定型51株菌,有26株未能定型,定型菌株包括了14种血清型。为中药筛选治疗大肠杆菌提供研究基础。
從河南省29箇豬場118份病料中分離齣87株細菌,經分離培養、鑒彆培養、生化試驗鑒定為豬大腸桿菌。對87株大腸桿菌進行血清型鑒定,共定型51株菌,有26株未能定型,定型菌株包括瞭14種血清型。為中藥篩選治療大腸桿菌提供研究基礎。

The objective of the present study was to research 118 disease compound from 29 pig farms in Henan Province by identify culture, biochemical tests were identified 87 bacteria isolated as Escherichia coli. 51 bacteria including 14 serotypes were identified stereotypes,26 failed to stereotypes by serotype identification of 87 E. coli isolated at different farms, filter treatment of E. coli serotype were identified as traditional Chinese medicine to provide research based.
