为了缩短维修人员对混铁车机电故障的处理时间,大幅提高检修效率,工作中通过直接观察和利用仪表检测的方法,从电气和机械两个方面来分析判断混铁车运行中存在的无法倾翻、倾翻中有异常声响、倾翻不止、主令控制器角度偏差以及回罐等故障产生的原因,并提出了相应的处理办法。实践证明,这些方法能够迅速排除混铁车机电故障,确保其运行效率。

In order to shorten the treatment time of mechanical and electrical troubles of torpedo cars and significantly improve maintenance efficiency, the causes of torpedo operation faults such as failure to tip over, abnormal noise during tipping, uncontrollable tipping, the master controller angle deviation and flowing back to the tank were analyzed and judged by maintenance personnel. Relevant treatment measures were put forward, which have been proved to be able to quickly remove these failures and ensure efficient operation of torpedo cars.
