According to the criterion of remote fault judgment and online identification of TRT system, the TRT extraction of multiple faults characteristics and the mechanisms of various faults were thoroughly studied and the methods of fast effective fault diagnosis and prediction were explored. A TRT fault diagnosis and inquiry expert system for blast furnace based on the ASP.NET+SQL Server platform was developed, to provide reference for TRT fast fault inquiry and recovery.
