目的：探讨成人嗜血细胞综合征的诊断、治疗方法及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析6例成人嗜血细胞综合征患者的临床资料。结果6例患者中仅2例治疗有效，4例未能完成治疗。结论成人嗜血细胞综合征诊断困难，耗时长，治疗效果差，尽早诊断和治疗可延长患者生存期。
목적：탐토성인기혈세포종합정적진단、치료방법급치료효과。방법회고성분석6례성인기혈세포종합정환자적림상자료。결과6례환자중부2례치료유효，4례미능완성치료。결론성인기혈세포종합정진단곤난，모시장，치료효과차，진조진단화치료가연장환자생존기。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis , treatment of and efficacy adult hemophagocytic syndrome ( HPS) .Methods Clinical data in 6 patients with HPS were retrospectively analyzed .Results Two of six patients had good treatment effect .The others can′t complete the treatment .Conclusion It′s difficult to diagnose adult HPS , costing longer time ,and its therapeutic effect is poor .Timely and earlier diagnosis and treatment for HPS probably can prolong the patients lifetime .
