采用TI公司生产的ADS1271芯片为模数转换电路的核心,通过传感器采集到的微弱激光功率模拟信号,先经过调理电路进行适当放大并配置成差分方式,然后输入到以ADS1271芯片为核心的AD转换电路中进行放大、滤波和模数转换,最后传输到以Atmega16芯片为核心的处理电路中进行处理与显示。利用ADS1274芯片的特性提高了模数转换速率、简化了电路设计,处理器根据过采样的原理处理数据,提高了系统测量精度。

Use TI’s latest model chip ADS1271 as the core of AD convert circuit, use the sensor to collect the weak laser power analog signal. The signal is amplified and configured differentially by conditioning circuit. Then, it is enlarged, filtered and AD converted by AD convert circuit (using ADS1271 as the core).At last, it is processed and shown by process circuit (using Atmega16 chip as the core). Because of the characteristics of the ADS1274 chip, the rate of AD convert is improved, the circuit is simplified. Processor handles data according oversampling principle. So,the measurement accuracy of system is improved.
