根据对短跑专项力量训练的研究和分析,少体校的教练员应该转变专项力量训练的理念,把训练的重点放在以往被忽视的伸髋肌群上,这样在很大程度提高了短跑运动员的短跑速度。文章对传统的短跑专项力量训练和现在的短跑专项力量训练做了比较,并着重讲述了少体校的短跑专项力量训练的特性。

Based on the sprint Special Strength Training of research and analysis, juvenile sports school coaches should change the concept of special strength training, the training focused on hip extension previously neglected muscles, so to a large extent improved sprinters sprinting speed. This article on the traditional and current sprint special strength training were compared, and highlighted the plight of juvenile sports school sprinter special strength training features.
