大学生社会实践的效益首先是以大学生大众化参与为前提条件的。通过以山东为域对20所高校、20个社会实践基地、20个地市社会实践相关政府部门以及400名教师和400名学生所进行的问卷调查发现,大学生社会实践目前面临的突出问题是“精英实践”,即只有少部分学生有机会参与实践锻炼,没有建立起与大众化高等教育阶段相适应的大学生大众化社会实践模式。影响因素主要有大学生社会实践参与各方履行责任不足、保障条件不足、考核评价适用不足。因此应构建信息共享机制、责任履约机制、经费分担机制、激励约束机制,以机制建设推动大学生社会实践大众化。

The effectiveness of social practice in higher education, first of all, is based on the students' popular participation. Based on a questionnaire survey of 20 selected colleges, its 20 practice bases, 20 relevant departments of government, 400 teachers and 400 students in Shandong province, this paper finds out that the problem of student practice for the present boils down to “elite practice”, that is, the opportunities of social practice are only available to a small portion of students since the process of the social practice base development has failed to catch up with that of higher education popularization. The main reasons for the failure lie in negligence of duties on the part of participants, inadequate guarantee conditions and the unviable evaluation mechanism. Given this situation, the popularization of social practice for college students should be accelerated by establishment and implement of various mechanisms in information-sharing, obligation fulfillment, expenses sharing and incentive and restraint.
